1 2 1 Counselling
Sessions are available by telephone, face to face and through Skype. The personalised sessions involve a range of models that will support you in meeting your needs.
Workshops
Tailored workshops for women. Wide range of topics can be covered: anger management, depression, goal setting etc.
Consultations
An initial 45 min session is available, allowing you to choose tailored sessions to suit your needs. They will incorporate different models to support you on your journey.

1 2 1 Counselling
1 2 1 Sessions will allow the client to be supported in a safe and supportive session. These sessions will be tailored to meet your needs in a way that is both well managed and meets the needs of the client. This may be for Bereavement , Anxiety, Depression, Domestic Abuse, Self Esteem, Confidence Building, Goal Setting, Life Coaching, Mindfulness, Depression. The session can be tailored to your requirements and need.
Confidence and self esteem Workshops
These can be both in 1 2 1 sessions or in group sessions. Allowing you to ask yourself what is it that makes me…me? Learning what is it that makes you strong and what is it that brings you down. Learning and applying skills that build self worth and self esteem.
achieving your goals
Getting support in reaching the goals that you set for yourself. In these sessions we look at what is important for you. What is stopping you and how by recognising these obstacles, you can then turn them into stepping stones. Reaching your goals that are supporting and empowering you.
