1 2 1 Counselling Therapy

This service offer counselling through telephone, Skype and face to face sessions. One hour sessions offering clients tailor-made packages and sessions. These are managed in a way that is supportive and productive to the client’s needs.

Multilingual Counselling

Counselling sessions for clients who prefer to speak in Urdu or Punjabi are also available.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching offers you practical steps and methods that you can learn and incorporate into daily life. Being supported through your journey, to reach your goal of where you would like to be in life. Whatever your goal, this service offers you the support and skills that you need to pursue that goal and achieve it, gaining clarity, purpose and direction in your life.

Bereavement Counselling

Supporting you through a time in which seeing ahead may be difficult. Learning ways in order to cope and understand the emotions that come with losing a loved one. A space where you are listened to and supported.

Anxiety and Depression.

Help and Support when you are trying to find ways in order to cope with anxiety or depression. Developing coping skills that are practical in everyday situations. To find new skills and coping methods so that you are better able to manage in your day to day life.

Building self esteem and self worth

Through life’s journey we all may at different stages face times of low self-esteem and worth. This support therapy allows you to explore your experiences and thoughts which have brought you to this point. Self-exploration with a qualified therapist allows you to start your new journey into what makes you as a person. Teaching skills that can be used in everyday life situations. Building self-compassion, trust, resilience and kindness towards yourself.

Days and Times of Availability

Bookings are available Monday -Saturday. 9am to 5pm. Weekend sessions can be arranged. Early bookings are recommended. Sessions are available through Skype, 1 2 1 Sessions and Telephone Counselling. Fees/Payments and Cancellations

Fees are subject to the package you wish to book, depending on the number of sessions. Consultations are £35 for 30-40 minutes. Initial Assessment. This will allow you to see what the sessions will entail and the models that will be used to manage each session. £45 for 50-60 min session. These sessions are managed so full benefit is gained from each session. Discount may be available in special circumstances; contact us for details. Payments must be made prior to a session commencing. Non-attendance or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged for. Payment made via PayPal.
