What personal data we collect and why we collect it:- The collected information will be used to provide the counsellor with background information, as well as having client information for legal purposes. The information will not be used for marketing purposes. We collect personal information from users and site visitors. Including and not limited to transactional data for purchases etc. Technical Data such as information from cookies etc. Personal Data such as user account.  We also  collect and retain any personal data concerning health. Also kept on file any other personal information which has been disclosed.

The reason that we collect this personal data is so that we are better able to support the client in help of the service that they require. This health data information is only used for that purpose. it is only disclosed when it is used for the health, safety and wellbeing of the individual. By giving active consent information the users and site visitors agree for this information to be kept of secure file for up to seven years.

Who we share your data with:- If at any time we feel that we feel that you may be a risk to yourself or others, then by law we may have to give your information to the Legal Authorities. We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, cookies, comments analytics and third party embed.

Comments

The information captured through comments is name, email, message and subject. This includes any other information that the site visitor or user provides.

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When you fill a contact form you name. email, contact number if given, message and  message/enquiry will be kept on file. Including any other information details that you would give. this is kept on file for feedback, references, customer services and client information. This information may be kept for up to seven years. this information from contact forms is not used for marketing purposes.

Analytics Data collected by WordPress and Google Analytics, PayPal, Google Pay. The only information shared is basic details given by site visitors and site users. the information given to pay for services. Also, information that is used by Analytics to provide better service experience for users. Any personal information by the User in sessions is not Discussed or disclosed to any third Party. It is solely kept on File for the Counsellor and no-one else has access to it.

How long we retain your data:- Your information will remain on our databases for up to seven years. Your information will not be disclosed or given to any third party. This information is solely used for our records.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data:- If you require your data, then you may have access to it by formally sending a request to access it. Any information that is personal or confidential to NUR Counselling will be kept by Nur Counselling. If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data: We keep your information on our files for up to seven years. this is not disclosed to anybody unless we are legally bound to share with  legal authorities. Data is safeguarded to European Data protection standards, this includes Web Hosting, Cloud Storage and/or any third-party services. Data regarding European residents will not be shared with or transferred outside the European Union and will be safeguarded to the same standards as if the Data was in Europe. Third party services will not have access to any of this data that is confidential between client and counsellor. only data that is given through contact form or by site user/visitor will be shared if need be. the client confidential information will be kept secure in Nur Counselling files. Access is only given to Manager Tabassum Haidar. This will also be further protected by signing a model clause in the confidentiality agreement by Client and Counsellor. information secured by programmes such as MacAfee. Information secured on Cloud and One Drive.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
